Featuring the highly regarded Chinese-born Operatic Soprano - Beibei Wang 

Piano solo and accompanied by award winning pianist - Ke Ma 

In a programme of music specially chosen to mark the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China, featuring well known Chinese composers Liu Zhi, Qiu Feng Zheng, Chen Yi and Ying Hai Li, and Western composers as diverse as Gounod, Dvorak, Britten and Debussy, showing the great variety of styles but bridging East and West through the magic of music and culture.

The concert take place at the David Lloyd George Room in National Liberal Club, followed by British traditional afternoon high tea with breathbaking view, Founded in 1882 by William Ewart Gladstone, the National Liberal Club exists to provide the very best club facilities for relaxing and entertaining in the heart of London, for members whose interests vary from liberal politics to the liberal arts.

Overlooking the Thames, with "the most splendid terrace in London", the club is within easy reach of Whitehall, the West End, the City and Theatreland. The club is blessed with an extraordinary building by noted Victorian architect Alfred Waterhouse, and is also conveniently situated for underground and mainline stations which are close by. Members also enjoy access to an extensive worldwide network of over 180 hand-picked reciprocal clubs in more than 30 different countries.
